Women’s Lifting Workshop
A supportive women’s lifting workshop designed to teach correct technique for key strength movements including squats, hip thrusts, shoulder press, bench press, lat pull down, pull-ups, deadlifts, bulgarian split squats and more.
You will also learn how to use gym machines, understand what is progressive overload and how to apply it, structure effective warm ups, and progress your training safely and efficiently.
Perfect for beginners to intermediate lifters who want to build strength, knowledge and confidence in the gym.
