Our Initial consultations gives us a chance to discuss your goals and understand what you are wanting to achieve through personal training. This meeting is essential for tailoring your session’s to suits your specific needs .
*All new clients are required to required to complete a consultation before starting.
30 MIN PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
$40 (Pairs $30 each)
Designed for more intense workouts, perfect fit for a busy lifestyle and make the most out of your day. Minimum of x2 30 minute sessions per week.
45 MIN PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
$60 (Pairs $50 each)
Best suited for Weight training, mastering technique, and increasing your fitness level. Perfectly paired with online app training and learning to master your own training.
1 HR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
$80 ( Pairs $60 each )
Transform your training with 1 hour sessions, during this time you will be taught how to effectively warm up, master technique, learn how to recover and make the most out of our training. Best suited for Strength training, muscle building and for someone who is wanting to take their training to the next level.
HYBRID TRAINING
$80 x1 45 minute session + online app coaching
This style of training is perfect for the individual who wants guidance + accountability while also having a plan when training on their own. This style of training you receive x1 45 minute personal training session weekly plus full access to online coaching where you will have a personally tailored program. No more guess work, have a clear structure on how to achieve your goals.
